- Gluten-Free Fusilli Pasta
- Tomato Sauce
- Broccoli
- Zucchini
- Yellow Squash
- Mushroom
- Kale
- 3 Roma Tomatoes
- Yellow Onion
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, oregano, red pepper

Step #1 – Slice Vegetables
Step #2 – Boil Pasta and Heat Tomato Sauce
Bring Fusilli Pasta to a boil over Med-low heat. Add olive oil and salt to reduce sticking.
Add parsley, garlic, and onion to a pan with tomato sauce over medium heat.
Step #3 – Baking Time
Add pasta and fresh vegetables to a baking dish. Bake for 30 min. at 375 degrees F.
OR you can just add the veggies and pasta to a dish without baking (for a super fresh taste).
Add seasonings on top.
